Dalam acara E3 (Electronic Entertainment Expo) 2009, seluruh industry game kini sedang bekerja overtime, dan begitu pula dengan orang yang bekerja di Sony PlayStation Network store. Sony telah merilis, Selasa (2/06), dua game PlayStation yang dapat di-dwonload. Dua game tersebut adalah Final Fantasy VII dan Medal of Honor. Game Final Fantasy VII merupakan game tertua di Square Enix series yang dibuat ulang, dengan harga perkiraan $9.99.
Sementara itu, game World War II shooter Medal of Honor dari Electronic Arts dibandrol dengan harga $5.99.
Re-release game Final Fantasy VII ini tidak hanya berkaitan dengan content PlayStation store. Tetapi, Sony juga menjual theme, trailer, wallpaper, dan game PSP Final Fantasy: Dissidia. Selain itu, masih ada content game yang bisa di-download di PlayStation store (http://uk.playstation.com/psn/store/), seperti Dynasty Warriors: Strikeforce dan game E3 trailers, termasuk Uncharted 2, Fat Princess, Heavy Rain.(h_n)
