BlackBerry Storm 2 9520, hadir menjadi sekuel dari Storm 9500. BlackBerry Storm 2 9520 ini akan dilengkapi dengan improvisasi system keyboard SureType (half QWERTY) menggunakan teknologi piezoelektrik dan 4 teknologi sensor yang digunakan untuk pengetikan multi-touch. Layar smartphone BlackBerry Storm 2 9520 ini sangat responsive dan memiliki accelerometer yang dapat mengubah orientasi display dengan cepat. Termasuk juga fasilitas baru di BlackBerry Storm 2 9520 adalah Wi-Fi, fitur BlackBerry OS 5.0, threaded texting, dan tombol berlapis karet di samping smartphone yang handal. BlackBerry Storm 2 9520 akan menggunakan operator Vodafone, dengan biaya bulanan ditawarkan lebih murah yaitu sebesar US$ 47 per bulan, yang dirilis mulai bulan ini.
